The Berg Connection

I have just one question (well, maybe two or three). Is it common practice with everyone, except me, to loan your laptop to a stranger you are sitting beside on the bus AND give them your password?? According to this
article, that is exactly what Nicholas Berg did! I know this is a small world, but come on,,,,this is just a little hard to swallow! Nicholas Berg just happened to be sitting beside the 20th hijacker on a bus in Oklahoma sharing his laptop and password?? And before you all start emailing me to let me know what a heartless bitch I am, yes, I do think that the beheading of Mr. Berg was atrocious!! It just seems freaky strange to me.
