By this time next week I should be finished with my scan. Hopefully that pesky tumor hasn't' grown any in the last few months or crawled off to hide somewhere else! The part I hate the most is the 3-4 day wait between the scan and the doctor's visit to find out!!
This year has started out on a good note for us. We enjoyed our Christmas and New Year Holiday doing fun things. Yes, we are adults, but we rode the carousel and went to the park. Who says you have to be a kid to have fun?
Last year was a year of loss for me when my sister passed away at the end of August. She was just 13 months younger than I and my oldest and best friend. It should have been me that went first, but I guess I still have something to do before I go
The hubby and I went through a rough patch while he was out of town working/living for a year. We overcame that and are closer now than we have been in a long time. He's back home now with a local job and that makes us both happy.
If you pray, please say one to help me continue to beat cancer. If you don't, keep your fingers crossed for me and my fight, for a fight it is!!
For all my family and friends I wish the best of the best for this year for all of us!
OH, and above all, GO BUCKS!!!!
