Yep, today is the day that I get mine...
Since the radiation area is so close to my esophagus the doctor wants one put in if/when (right!) the esophagus swells up and I can't swallow food.
I'm not the happiest cracker in the box about this surgergy...oh, you couldn't tell?
Somehow it seems like an act of giving up. Don't ask me why I feel this way, I just do.
I, personally, am not giving up! Sometimes it seems that that would be the easiest way to go, but does anyone who knows me ever hear of me doing anything the easy way???
